The opt-out deadline for members of the Oak Point Class or Miller’s Woods Class is June 3, 2026.
To exclude yourself from the Bartok Litigation, you must send a timely and valid Request for Exclusion by mail – postmarked on or before June 3, 2026 – saying that you want to be excluded from the Class Action. Please see Frequently Asked Questions 16 and 17 for more information.
